North Cobb High School's AP Exam Refund Policy

For exams for courses beginning prior to Nov 13, 2026

We understand that on rare occasions students must cancel an exam. Here is our refund policy:

• Students who cancel an exam by Fri - Nov 6, 2026 are entitled to a full refund of the exam fee.
• Students who cancel an exam by Wed - Nov 11, 2026 are entitled to a refund of the exam fee minus a cancellation fee of $40.00 (per exam cancelled).
• After Wed - Nov 11, 2026 there are no refunds.
• Late fees are nonrefundable.

For exams for courses beginning after Nov 12, 2026

• Students who cancel an exam by Fri - Mar 5, 2027 are entitled to a full refund of the exam fee.
• Students who cancel an exam by Wed - Mar 10, 2027 are entitled to a refund of the exam fee minus a cancellation fee of $40.00 (per exam cancelled).
• After Wed - Mar 10, 2027 there are no refunds.
• Late fees are nonrefundable.
