For exams for courses beginning prior to Nov 16, 2024

We understand that on rare occasions students must cancel an exam. Here is our refund policy:

• Students who cancel an exam by Fri - Nov 8, 2024 are entitled to a full refund of the exam fee.
• After Fri - Nov 8, 2024 there are no refunds.
• Late fees are nonrefundable.

For exams for courses beginning after Nov 15, 2024

• Students who cancel an exam by Fri - Mar 7, 2025 are entitled to a full refund of the exam fee.
• After Fri - Mar 7, 2025 there are no refunds.
• Late fees are nonrefundable.
