Timber Creek High School's AP Exam Refund Policy

For exams for courses beginning prior to Nov 16, 2024

We understand that on rare occasions students must cancel an exam. Here is our refund policy:

• Students who cancel an exam by Fri - Oct 25, 2024 are entitled to a full refund of the exam fee.
• Students who cancel an exam by Fri - Nov 15, 2024 are entitled to a refund of the exam fee minus a cancellation fee of $40.00 (per exam cancelled).
• After Fri - Nov 15, 2024 there are no refunds.
• Late fees are nonrefundable.

For exams for courses beginning after Nov 15, 2024

• Students who cancel an exam by Fri - Feb 21, 2025 are entitled to a full refund of the exam fee.
• Students who cancel an exam by Fri - Mar 14, 2025 are entitled to a refund of the exam fee minus a cancellation fee of $40.00 (per exam cancelled).
• After Fri - Mar 14, 2025 there are no refunds.
• Late fees are nonrefundable.
