Casa Roble Fundamental HS's AP Exam Refund Policy

For exams for courses beginning prior to Nov 15, 2025

We understand that on rare occasions students must cancel an exam. Here is our refund policy:

• Students who cancel an exam by Thu - Nov 13, 2025 are entitled to a full refund of the exam fee.
• Students who cancel an exam by Mon - Apr 27, 2026 are entitled to a refund of the exam fee minus a cancellation fee of $45.00 (per exam cancelled).
• After Mon - Apr 27, 2026 there are no refunds.
• Late fees are nonrefundable.

For exams for courses beginning after Nov 14, 2025

• Students who cancel an exam by Thu - Mar 12, 2026 are entitled to a full refund of the exam fee.
• Students who cancel an exam by Mon - Apr 27, 2026 are entitled to a refund of the exam fee minus a cancellation fee of $45.00 (per exam cancelled).
• After Mon - Apr 27, 2026 there are no refunds.
• Late fees are nonrefundable.
