When arriving to your testing location, please look outside the door for your assigned seat. When you enter the room, find your assigned seat, turn off your phone, place your phone and/or smart watch in the provided gallon Ziplock bag labeled with your seat number, and put the bag in the bin at the front of the row. You will need to place your backpack in the designated area of the room and any drinks or snacks you brought with you to the side of the room. You are not allowed to have drinks or snacks with you at your desk during testing.
Morning exams: Students must be ready to enter the testing room at 7:30 am. You will enter at the front of the building and a staff member will be there to open the doors for you. If you are not present for the exam by 7:45 am, you may be counted absent and not be allowed to test. Students need to make arrangements to get to school on time and allow for traffic, etc. Students will report directly to your testing room.
Afternoon exams: Students must be ready to enter the testing room at 11:45 am. If you are not present for the exam at 11:45 am, you may be counted absent and not be allowed to test. Students may not be dismissed until an exam has officially ended. Due to the length and start time of some exams, your exam may run past the end of the school day. If you ride the bus, play a sport, or have a job; it is your responsibility to inform your parents, coach, employer, etc. of your AP Exam obligation, and arrangements should be made accordingly.

Students may not be dismissed until an exam has officially ended; do not ask to leave early if you finish before the end of the exam. Due to the length and start time of some exams, your exam may run past the end of the school day. If you ride the bus, play a sport, or have a job, it is your responsibility to inform your parents, coach, or employer of your AP Exam obligation, and arrangements should be made accordingly. Again, you are NOT allowed to leave the testing room early and may need to make alternative arrangements to be picked up from school BEFORE your test begins.
