Dear AP Student,
Thank you for registering for your AP Exams using Total Registration.
2. Please report to your testing site 10 to 15 minutes early. Per College Board, once an exam begins, students are not permitted to enter the testing site. Therefore if you are late, you will not be allowed in the testing site and you will forfeit your AP Exam fee.
3. No Cell Phones or electronic devices are allowed at your testing table. When you enter your testing site, please turn off your cell phone and place it in your backpack. Per College Board if a student is in possession of their cell phone during the exam, they will be dismissed and will forfeit the exam fee.
4. You may bring a snack and drink (twist cap only) to your testing site. However, you many only access these items during the specified break.
5. If you are taking a morning exam and you also have an afternoon exam, you will have time to eat lunch before the second exam begins. You will not have additional time to leave campus for lunch, therefore we strongly suggest you bring your lunch to school.
6. CWHS AP Testing will provide you with a pencil and pen. I encourage you to bring at least two extra pencils to your testing site.
7. Check your email daily for AP Exam updates and reminders.
8. Please bring up to two approved calculators with necessary capabilities if you are taking the AP biology, Calculus, Chemistry, Physics, or Statistics Exams. For a list of approved calculators visit www.collegeboard.org/ap/calculators. CWHS AP Testing is not allowed to provide calculators or replacement batteries.
9. If you cancel your exam prior to May 1 you will receive a full refund less the $45.00 Late Registration Fee per exam.
10. If you cancel your exam after April 30,2022 all exam fees are nonrefundable. If you fail to take your exam on exam day, exam fees are nonrefundable.
