TEST SECURITY IS OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE FOR OUR CONTINUED AP EXAM ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM. THEREFORE:
Students MUST bring a photo ID (i.e. school ID, driver’s license).
Students MUST arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled exam (ex. 8:00 AM Exam = no later than a 7:45 AM arrival)
Students MUST report to the testing room on time or will be unable to enter room. NO EXCEPTIONS your exam will be forfeited with NO Refund.
PROCTORS WILL NOT HAVE SUPPLIES - SHARING IS NOT PERMITTED (Place items in a clear, plastic Ziploc bag)
You should bring # 2 pencils (that can be sharpened) with erasers; Pens with black or dark blue ink; Science and Math exams require calculators – bring extra batteries.
Students MUST bring a fully charged school issued chromebook and charging cable to each exam.
Nothing else is permitted in the Testing room, this includes but not limited to,
CELL PHONES, CAMERA PHONES, WATCHES WITH BEEPERS OR ALARMS, PORTABLE LISTENING DEVICES, RECORDING DEVICES, LAPTOPS (UNLESS INSTRUCTED TO FOR DIGITAL TESTING); TABLETS; IPOD; IPAD; JACKETS, HANDBAGS, BACKPACKS, WALLETS, CORRECTION FLUID, HIGHLIGHTERS, COLORED PENCILS, Etc. NO FOOD or DRINKS are permitted either.
A student who brings any of the aforementioned items to the testing room or who uses ANY electronic device during a testing break will have the device confiscated. The student will be dismissed immediately and the test will be cancelled with no possible refund.
ETS will be notified; this may result in cancellation of previous exams and possible forfeiture of subsequent exams. It may even impact our school’s ability to administer AP exams in the future.
