Normal Community High School's AP Policy

Please keep in mind that there are no digital watches allowed during testing.  Watches also may NOT sit on the student's desk during testing.  Only analog watches may be worn.  
NO CELL PHONES OR ELECTRONIC DEVICES OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE TESTING ROOMS (except for the student's Unit 5 Chromebook, which is required for testing).
If students do not follow these rules, they will be dismissed and their AP Exams and scores may be cancelled.  

Students will receive their exam schedule, location information, and parking/building maps in April 2026. Information will ONLY be communicated through email. Please ensure the student is checking their email frequently.

Cancellation Policy:
After November 10, 2025, students registered for full-year or semester 1 AP course exams will not be able to receive a full refund.
After March 10, 2026, students in semester 2 only AP course exams (social studies) will not be able to receive a full refund for canceling exams.

Partial refunds for any student can be requested through May 1, 2026.
--A $40 late fee will be kept to cover the cost that NCHS is charged by College Board for your exam. 

No refunds are allowed for any student after Friday, May 1, 2026.

Transportation Policy:  All AP Exams will be administered off campus (a select few students with accommodations may be tested at NCHS).  Students are required to provide their own transportation to all of their exams. Please prepare and plan accordingly.
