Union Public Schools's AP Policy

Important AP Testing Reminders:

• Exams begin at 8 AM—Report at 7:45AM.
• Tulsa Tech students need to be sure and make transportation arrangements; students will not be allowed to leave early or come late to an AP test.
• Specific room assignments will be assigned with a seating chart; AP teachers will receive a roster for each room before the test date.
• If you are scheduled for back-to-back exams (one at 8am and one at Noon on the same day), please plan accordingly and bring something to eat for lunch.  You will not have time to leave for lunch.
• Do not bring: any watches that beep or have an alarm, phones, smartwatches, or wearable technology of any kind, laptops, tablet computers, Bluetooth devices, portable listening or recording devices—MP3 player, iPod®, etc.—cameras or other photographic equipment, devices that can access the internet, separate timers of any type, and any other electronic or communication devices.
• Only bring what you need to the testing room.  Any backpacks, purses, or bags of any kind will be placed against the back wall of the room during testing and you will not be allowed to access them during the testing session.
