Willmar Senior High School's AP Policy

If you have not already done so, AP students should join the AP Exam page on Schoology using the class code 3XGW-7CS6-RBS4B. Exam updates will be available and communicated here.

Please note the following policies regarding the AP exams

  • All 2023/24 AP Exams will be administered in person during a 2 week testing window in May.

  • Calculators are only permitted (and needed) for the AP Calculus test

  • NO Cell Phones are permitted in the testing area.  Any student who has a cell phone with them during the test will have their test VOIDED

  • Report Times and LOCATIONS will be posted on the AP Exam Schoology course page and Willmar Senior High School website. Most exams are at the WEAC, though some are at the high school. Late arrivals will NOT be permitted to test.

  • Do NOT bring anything (including back packs, handbags, reading materials) into the testing area except what is indicated in the instructions you will receive prior to the testing. Failure to comply will result in a voided test.  

  • Students and parents are responsible for reading and following all instructions which will be sent out by the AP Coordinator prior to exams.
