AP EXAM POLICIES AT MAPLE GROVE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL
You are receiving this email because you are a student/parent who has recently registered to take an AP exam at Maple Grove Senior High School. The following outline will help you understand the exam policies and procedures at MGSH.
1. Calculators are allowed for many exams. Please verify that the calculator you are planning to use is on the approved calculator list for your particular exam at: http://professionals.collegeboard.com/testing/ap/test-day/calculators
2. ALL exams are scheduled to be held at Maple Grove Senior High for 2024. This is subject to change pursuant to College Board AP exam options. It is imperative that you check your email to get information on times, locations and any other pertinent items for exams.
3. Any home-schooled student must bring a photo ID to the exam. If you do not bring an ID, you will not be accepted into the testing room.
3. When students arrive to take their test, they should bring several #2 pencils, a blue or black ink pen, and an approved calculator. There is no food or beverage allowed in the testing room.
4. Cell phones and other electronic devices (including headphones) are not allowed in the testing room. Please do not bring them with you as they will not be allowed in the testing room.
5. The Bulletin for AP Students and Parents that provide AP basics, getting ready for the exam day, getting and sending scores and any additional information is available to pick up in the CRC for registered students.
6. Alternate exams will only be made available to students who have more than two exams scheduled on one date OR were out ill on their scheduled exam date. For any other reasons, students need to contact Mr. Vecellio, AP coordinator, before the exam order is placed.
