Broomfield High School's AP Policy

Students are to report to the testing room 15 - 30 minutes prior to the start time of the exam. Please refer to the AP Exam Schedule on the back of the AP Bulletin for dates and times. Attendance will be taken 15 minutes prior to the exam so that last minute instruction may be given and material passed out so the exam can begin on time.

Please bring 2 No. 2 pencils, 2 blue or blact pens, a photo id, and a calculator if approved for your exam.

Students are not to bring Cell Phones to any testing location. Leave them at home or in your car. If a student brings them, they will be asked to turn them off and turn them in to the testing proctor prior to the exam.  If a student has a cell phone after the start of the exam, the exam will be cancelled. College board states this clearly in their AP Bulletin for AP Students and Parents.

Students are not to bring back packs, books, print materials, or timing device that beeps.

Students are no longer allowed to have food or drink in the testing room. Please have a good breakfast or lunch prior to your exam.

Calculators may be used on the math exams and students should verify their calculator is an approved calculator by visiting www.collegeboard.org/ap/calculators. Calculators for the Biology exam will be provided by the test proctors.

If students are testing in the Eagle Gym, please wear layers. Even though it may be 80 degrees outside that day, the room is cool in the mornings.

Good Luck.
