Jersey Village High School's AP Policy

JVHS AP TESTING INFORMATION

Students:  You must arrive at your testing room at the designated time.

7:30 AM for the 8:00 AM test                          11:30 AM for the noon test

If  taking 2 tests on the same day or taking the noon exam; make prior arrangements if you have a late lunch. 

You must stay in the testing room the entire time allowed for the test.  Afternoon tests run past 2:30 PM, so please make the necessary arrangements for a ride home prior to testing day.

AP tests are timed. You must stop testing when time is called or your test will be invalidated.  You will not be given extra time to bubble.  Bubble your responses as you go.

You are not allowed to share or exchange information about the AP tests during or after testing including during breaks.

If you don’t already have a College Board account, sign up at apscore.org to receive your AP scores online in July. Your scores will not be mailed to you.

Things to Bring to the Testing Room

• Several sharpened #2 pencils
• A black pen
• A watch (that doesn’t beep/ make any sounds)
• Six-digit school Code:  443381
• A jacket or dress in layers
• A snack (placed at the front of the classroom to be eaten only during the breakj Ony for those students taking 2 tests in 1 day)
• Up to 2 approved graphing calculators for the AP Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics and Calculus tests. Visit apstudent.collegeboard.org/apcourse to find the calculator policy for your subject.  For approved graphing calculators visit:  www.collegeboard.org/ap/calculators
