Registration
Regular registration runs from August 15, 2024 through November 7th, 2024. Late registrations received between November 8, 2024 to March 7, 2025, will incur a $40, non-refundable late fee.
Students taking second semester only classes who plan to take the AP test must register for those exams by 6 am on March 7th 2025 to avoid a late fee.
Payment
All Payments must be made through Total Registration.
Alternate Test Dates
If a student wants to take two exams that are being offered at the same time, the system will accept the registration, however, one of the exams will become an "alternate exam." The Testing Coordinator will determine which exam is to be the "alternate" and will inform you of the time, date and cost of your alternate exam. Please note that the alternate exam dates are May 19-23, 2025.
Attendance
Students will be "excused" periods 1-5 for a morning exam and periods 4-8 for an afternoon exam. Parents do not need to call the attendance office if their student is taking an AP exam. Students are expected to attend any regularly scheduled classes, before or after their scheduled AP exam.
Cancellation Policy
Last date for a FULL refund of the exam fee: November 7, 2024
Last date for a PARTIAL refund of the exam fee less the $44 cancellation fee: May 1, 2025
Late fees and payment processing fees are non refundable.
Students need to request to cancel their exam through Total Registration, or put the cancellation request in writing, and submit that request to Mrs. Ericson, Testing Coordinator, no later than Monday May 1st 2025.
We encourage students NOT to cancel an AP Exam because we believe the experience of taking the exam is a valuable culmination to the AP experience.
