Report to the Small Gym (Spanish Language only, Computer Lab) on your test date by 7:45 am
Students may NOT be dismissed before the exam has officially ended. Do NOT ask to leave early if you finish before the end of the test. If you have a class, play a sport or have a job, it is your responsibility to inform your teacher, coach, employer and make appropriate arrangements. Morning exams should be completed by 12:00 - 12:30 pm.
Bring the following items with you to the exam:
o A picture ID (REQUIRED, will not be admitted to exam without it)
o Several sharpened No. 2 pencils (with erasers)—no mechanical pencils
o Pens with black or dark blue ink (yes you complete a portion of your test in pen)
o A watch (if student needs to know time without looking at a clock away from them)
o AP Calculus: A calculator with the necessary capabilities if you’re taking an AP Calculus, (Visit http://apstudent.collegeboard.org/apcourse/ap-calculus-ab/calculator-policy.)
o AP Biology: A four-function calculator (with square root) is permitted or a scientific and graphing calculators, are permitted for use on the exam on both the multiple-choice and free-response sections of the AP Biology Exam since both sections contain questions that require data manipulation. Do NOT bring the following to the exam:
o LEAVE IN YOUR CAR/ AT HOME/ LOCKER, STUDENTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENTER EXAM SITE WITH THESE. CELL PHONES, PERSONAL DIGITAL ASSISTANTS (PDAS), SMARTPHONES, SMART Watches, BLUETOOTH-ENABLED DEVICES, MP3 PLAYERS, E-MAIL/MESSAGING DEVICES, OR ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC OR COMMUNICATION DEVICES.
o Books, compasses, mechanical pencils, correction fluid, dictionaries, highlighters, notes, or colored pencils
o Rulers and straightedges (except for AP Physics exam)
o Scratch paper
o Watches that beep or have an alarm
o Portable listening / recording devices (even with headphones) or photographic equipment
o Food or drink (water bottle is okay-set by bleachers), snacks/ drinks are provided during AP Testing
o Clothing with subject-related information
o Earplugs or clipboards
Eating is prohibited during the exam; however, a snack and beverage will be provided during the 10 minute break. Students are encouraged to bring a sweatshirt/ hoodie as test room temperature may vary.
