AP Exam Policies
For the 2025 AP Exam administration there is a $40.00 late fee for each exam ordered after November 15th, 2024. There is also a $43.00 cancelation fee for any unused exams or any exams canceled after November 15th, 2024. Families are responsible for these expenses.
Testing security is of the utmost importance during AP Exam administrations. The following policies are determined by College Board and any student who violates these policies will be dismissed from testing and their exam will be cancelled without reimbursement.
No students will be admitted to an exam once the exam has started and they may not be eligible to schedule a make-up exam.
Food or drink is not allowed while testing unless authorized by the College Board, in advance, due to a medical condition.
Electronic equipment such as cell phones, smart phones, laptops, tablets, portable listening devices, cameras, etc are not allowed in the testing room and students are not allowed to consult any of these devices during the exam and during exam breaks.
Students are not allowed to leave the building during breaks.
No students will be not be released from the testing room until all testing time has elapsed and all exam materials have been collected and accounted for. Please plan all appointments/sports commitments accordingly.
Bring only materials necessary for the exam to the exam room (pens, pencils, calculators if allowed). Students are not able to access materials outside the testing room at any time during the testing period. Proctors are not responsible for any lost or stolen items brought to the testing room.
