Loyola Academy's AP Policy

Important Information For All AP Test Takers

Testing Schedules and Room assignments will be posted outside Room 19, in the Piazza, in Main entrance and the T-Hallway. In addition, teachers will inform you of the location. 

Payment will begin on January 21, 2025 and close on February 21, 2025.  

Students should bring:

• Your IPAD, fully charged, with a keyboard for Digital or Hybrid AP exams.  Updated Bluebook App on your Ipad.  A free app that can be downloaded on your Ipad.
• No. 2 pencils for your multiple-choice answer sheet for Paper exams.
• Pens with black or dark blue ink for completing areas on the exam booklet covers and for free-response questions for Hybrid and Paper exams.
• An acceptable calculator if your AP Exam allows the use of a calculator.

Students should NOT bring: 

• Phones, smartwatches, or wearable technology of any kind
• Laptops 
• Bluetooth devices
• Portable listening or recording devices such as MP3 players and iPods
• Cameras or other photographic equipment
• Separate timers of any type

Any student observed with any of these devices during testing or breaks may be dismissed from the exam, the student’s score may be canceled, and no retest may be permitted.
