P-CEP AP Exam Policies

The following are important policies for all students taking Advanced Placement Exams:

• No cell phones are permitted at any testing site.

• Photo identification is required; School i.d. from current or previous school year, driver’s license, or passport.  No exceptions! 

• If you are sick the day of your AP Exam, please contact the AP coordinator by phone and secure a medical note from either your doctor or an urgent care facility.  Please send the note via email to your school’s AP Coordinator as soon as possible.  

• No food or drink is permitted on site unless you are scheduled for 2 exams in one day.

• Students should not bring any pencils or pens as these will be provided when necessary for the exam.

• No backpacks, bags or purses are permitted on site.
