Exam Schedule

AP Exams may only be administered on its scheduled date, at the set time. Early testing is not permitted under any circumstances.

  • Students testing in the morning (8:00 exam) must report to the testing location NO LATER THAN 7:15 AM.

  • Students testing in the afternoon (12:00 exam) must report to the testing location NO LATER THAN 11:15 AM

If students do not arrive on time and directions have begun, they will forfeit their exam and there is no guarantee they will be permitted late testing at another date. 

Students are excused from school for the entire day on which they take an AP exam whether they test in the morning or afternoon.  However, students testing in the afternoon must remember that testing WILL GO BEYOND THE SCHOOL DAY and no one is allowed to leave the testing room for any reason (sports, work, etc.) until time has been called.

 

Accommdations

  • 2/22/19: Last day to submit accommodations requests and supporting documentation (if needed).  

 

Make-up Exam

  • In order to make-up an exam students must contact AP coordinator. Students will need to provide documentation of special circumstances in order to be granted a make up exam.  Please follow the link below to view College Board's late-testing policy:

Please remember...

Students CANNOT bring the following to the testing room:

  • Backpacks, bags of any kind

  • Electronic equipment (cell phone, smart phone, smartwatch, laptop, tablet computer, etc.), portable listening or recording devices (MP3 player, iPod, etc.), cameras or other photographic equipment, devices that can access the Internet, or any other electronic or communication devices.

  • Dictionaries, books of any kind including prep books, highlighters, notes, colored pencils, compasses, mechanical pencils, correction fluid

  • Computers (unless pre-approved accommodation)

  • Watches that beep or have an alarm

  • Reference guides, keyboard maps or other typing instructions

  • Food or drink (unless pre-approved accommodation)

Students MUST bring the following to the testing room:

  • Pens with black or dark blue ink

  • Sharpened #2 pencils

  • Approved calculators with the necessary capabilities if they are taking an AP Biology, Calculus, Chemistry, Physics, or Statistics Exam. You can find a list of approved calculators for each exam here: https://apcentral.collegeboard.org/ap-coordinators/on-exam-day/calculator-policy

    • Due to limited supplies, ​​​​​​​NO calculators will be provided to students who forget to bring their own

  • A ruler or straightedge if they are taking an AP Physics Exam.

Students CAN bring the following:

  • A sweatshirt in case room is cool

  • Lunch ONLY IF they are testing both a morning and afternoon exam on the same day (there will be no time to go across the street to get lunch). Food and drink will be placed outside of testing area.
