Berkner High School will follow all policies set forth by the College Board for administration of AP Exams. Please be aware of these particular policies:
Cell Phone policy: Electronic equipment (cell phone, smartphone, smartwatch, laptop, tablet computer, etc.), portable listening or recording devices (MP3 player, iPod, etc), cameras or other photographic equipment, devices that can access the internet, and any other electronic or communication devices are prohibited in the exam room. If a student is observed with any of these devices or has any of these devices on his person or in his backpack the student will be dismissed from the exam, the exam will be nullified, and no refund will be given. Additionally, the device may be confiscated.
Students must be ontime to each exam: Once an exam has begun, no student will be allowed to enter the exam.
Late testing is only allowed under circumstances established by the College Board: Please contact Demetra.Durham@risd.org if you have two AP Exams at the same time, an academic or athletic contest or event, or a personal emergency. Personal illness is not a reason for late testing.
