COLLEGE BOARD TIMELINE CHANGES
Please read all documentation about ordering timelines carefully. College Board now charges a $40 late fee for late test orders and cancellations / unused test fee of $40 for tests ordered but not used. Brookfield Central will order exams for students ordering tests for AP courses beginning in Term 1 no later than November 5, 2023, and for AP courses beginning Terms 2 or 3 no later than March 4, 2024. Thank you for your help in adhering to these deadlines to support our timely order to College Board.
UNAUTHORIZED EQUIPMENT POLICY STATEMENT
Only those items specifically allowed by the College Board are permitted during the AP exam period, including breaks. Don't bring any electronic equipment or communication devices, like cell phones, smartphones, tablets or anything else that can access the internet, any cameras or other photographic equipment, ear buds, or even any watches that beep or have an alarm (or smartwatches). You may not have any food or drink in the exam room, including bottled water.
If a student is found in possession of or using any unauthorized items at any time during the administration of the test, including breaks, their test will be confiscated and they will not be allowed to continue testing.
