2025 AP Examination Information

The Date/Time/Location of your AP exam(s)
What to bring to the Exam Room:
1)several sharpened No. 2 pencils with erasers, NO mechanical pencils (multiple choice answer sheets)
2)black or blue ball point pens (free response questions and exam booklet covers)
3)a watch (to pace yourself during the exam)
4)an approved calculator is needed for Biology, Calculus, Physics, Statistics, and Chemistry –Up to two calculators with necessary capabilities (make sure you have new/good batteries)-Check to make sure you have an approved calculator http://professionals.collegeboard.com/testing/ap/test-day/calculators
5)a ruler or straightedge for Physics
6)a sweater, if you find your testing area
7) You will need a fully charged iPad for all exams except foreign language.
What NOT to bring to the Exam Room:
Do NOT bring cell phones, digital cameras, MP3 players, wearable technology such as smart watches, Bluetooth enabled devices, e-mail/messaging devices or any other
electronic communication devices into the testing room.
ENTERING the Exam Room:
Bring only needed supplies. Follow the signage posted to the correct entrances of your testing areas and only enter the room once given permission from the exam proctors.
Reminders:
1)If you choose to drop an exam, please login to total registration and request to drop the exam. You will also need to have a parent email Mrs. Butera (lbutera@benet.org) approving the exam cancellation. This must be completed by Friday, April 19th at 3pm.
2)If you are a senior taking an afternoon (12:15 p.m.) AP exam, please eat 6A and report to the test 6B. Let your homeroom teacher know this ahead of time. Please check the schedule on back for testing details.
4)You will be missing classes to take the A.P. exams. Remember that it is your responsibility to inform the teachers ahead of time of your absence and to make-up any work that you miss.
5)Remember to create an account at apscore.org to access your score report this summer. You must have your AP number located on your candidate pack to access your scores.
Test Security
Each time you take an AP exam, you must sign your answer sheet, indicating that you are aware of and agree to, all of the policies and procedures discussed in the Bulletin for AP Students and Parents. You must also sign the covers of the multiple choice and free-response booklets, affirming statements related to the security of the exam.
