(NEW) THE FOLLOWING EXAMS ARE DIGITAL ONLY THIS YEAR:
- AP Computer Science Principles
- AP English Literature and Composition
- AP U.S. History
- AP World History: Modern
- AP African American Studies
WHAT TO BRING TO DIGITAL AP EXAM:
- Computer - must be your HCPS school issued computer. Be sure it is fully charged. You may not test on a personal device as certain technology is required.
- Charger
- Something to write with (pen or pencil)
- Approved calculator for AP Biology, Calculus, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Physics, Physics Mechanics, Physics Electricity & Magnetism, or Statistics Exam
- Photo ID - if you are not a student at Aberdeen High School
- College Board SSD Accommodations Letter if student is taking the exam with approved testing accommodations
WHAT TO BRING TO THE PAPER AP EXAM:
- Several sharpened No. 2 pencils (non-mechanical) with erasers for completing multiple choice answer sheets
- Black or blue ink pens for completing areas on the exam booklet covers and free response questions
- Approved calculator for AP Biology, Calculus, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Physics, Physics Mechanics, Physics Electricity & Magnetism, or Statistics Exam
- AP Physics Exam only: ruler or straightedge (protractors are not allowed)
- Photo ID - if you are not a student at Aberdeen High School
- College Board SSD Accommodations Letter if student is taking the exam with approved testing accommodations
WHAT NOT TO BRING TO THE AP EXAM:
- Cell phones, smart phones, electronic equipment (unless you are taking a digital exam), MP3 players, IPods, or cameras; any electronic communication device
- Mechanical pencils, highlighters, colored pencils, correction fluid
- Scratch paper
- "Smart" watches or watches that have an alarm or beep
- Food or drink
- Ear plugs
