Students taking PSAT exams at Denison Senior High School on Oct 15, 2025 - Wed - 8:30 AM must register for exams here by 4:00 pm, October 3, 2025

Students must answer all of the questions on the following pages in order to complete the exam registration. A confirmation page indicates that the exam registration process has been successfully completed.

Once registration is complete, students paying at school will need to print a copy of the confirmation page and return it with payment attached to Mrs Theresa Phillips in Counselors Office. Please make checks payable to Denison Senior High School.

Registrations that are not paid by Monday, October 6, 2025 will be cancelled and exams will not be ordered.
