Students taking PSAT exams at Union High School on Wednesday - Oct 11, 2017 must register for exams here by 3:30 pm, October 5, 2017

Students must answer all of the questions on the following pages in order to complete the exam registration. A confirmation page indicates that the exam registration process has been successfully completed.

Once registration is complete, students paying at school will need to print a copy of the confirmation page and return it with payment attached to Mrs. Willis in the Finance Office. Please make checks payable to Union High School.

Registrations that are not paid by October 6th at 3:30 p.m. will be cancelled and exams will not be ordered.
