The PSAT is being offered at Lexington High School on Saturday, October 17th 2026.  This date will be our only PSAT testing date this school year.

The PSAT is an optional test.  However, the PSAT/NMSQT is great practice for taking the SAT.  The score you earn on your Junior year exam may qualify you for the National Merit Scholarship and others.  Sophomores are not eligible for the National Merit program, but can use the PSAT to practice for future tests.

PSAT registration will begin Thursday, September 3th and run until Tuesday, September 22th.  Late registrations will not be accepted. The cost to test is $42.  Payment and registration will now be run through Total Registration, the system LHS is using for PSATs and AP exams. 

Only Lexington High School sophomores and juniors will be allowed to test at this time.  Registrations for non-LHS students or students who are not sophomores or juniors will be cancelled.
