Students taking the PSAT/NMSQT at Perry High School must register here by 2:00 pm, October 10, 2025. 

The PSAT/NMSQT is being adminstered on the following dates based on grade level:
Oct 15, 2025 - Wed - 7:25 AM
Oct 16, 2025 - Thu - 7:25 AM

October 15 - Juniors 

October 16 - Sophomores & Freshman

You will select one of the PSAT/NMSQT dates based on your Grade Level. 

Students must answer all of the questions on the following pages in order to complete the exam registration.

A confirmation page indicates that the exam registration process has been successfully completed.

Please pay $25.00 through Infinite Campus Parent Portal.  You can also pay in person in the Bookstore. 

Registrations that are not paid by Friday, October 10, 2025 will be cancelled and exams will not be ordered.
