Please read and follow each direction carefully when completing your IB exam registration through Total Registration. Please do not rush through the registration process. Carefully reviewing your information now will help prevent errors later.

1. Use a personal, non-school email address

Please use a personal email address when creating your Total Registration account. Do not use your school email address. Use an email address that you will continue to have access to after graduation.

2. Review your registration with a parent/guardian

Before submitting your registration, please review all of your information and exam selections with a parent/guardian. Make sure you and your parent/guardian understand which exams you are registering for and the associated fees and deadlines.

3. Answer every question carefully

Please answer all questions in the registration form. Read each question carefully and make sure your answers are accurate and complete. Leaving questions blank or entering incorrect information may cause errors with your exam registration.

4. Double-check your information before submitting

Before submitting your registration, carefully review your entire form. Make sure your:

• Name and contact information are correct

• IB courses and exam selections are correct

• Personal information is accurate

• Parent/guardian information is complete

• Exam selections match the IB courses you are taking

Registration Timeline and Fees

You can use the following registration timeline to understand important dates and deadlines:

The registration period will begin on 12:00 am, September 23, 2026 and end on 11:59 pm, March 8, 2027.

The base fee for each IB exam is $140 per exam.

Important Payment and Late Registration Dates

Full Refund Deadline:
Students may receive a full refund if they withdraw by November 9, 2026.

First Late Registration Deadline:
11:59 PM, Tuesday, Nov 10, 2026 will incur a $41 late fee per exam

Second Late Registration Deadline:
11:59 AM, Friday, Jan 8, 2027 will incur a $160 late fee per exam

Payment Deadline:
All payments must be completed by Monday, February 1, 2027.

Please be aware that registrations completed after the late registration deadlines will be subject to additional fees.

After the First Late Registration Deadline:
Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2026 will incur a $41 late fee per exam

After the Second Late Registration Deadline:

Saturday, Jan. 9, 2027 will incur a $160 late fee per exam

Before You Submit

Please take a few minutes to review your registration with a parent/guardian before clicking Submit. Once submitted, make sure you have received confirmation that your registration was successfully completed.
