ATTENTION! Students and guardians should complete this registration/enrollment together. This is a two-step process, and both steps MUST be completed to access the AP Classroom resources and/or order AP Exams. You can complete the entire process (both steps) in a single sitting in about 10 minutes.

1. Enroll all your AP courses and exams in the College Board's MyAP system. Students may have already done this step in class with their AP teacher. Complete this step before paying for an exam.
2. Complete the AP course registration process in Total Registration and pay for your exam through Total Registration, which begins below.

Students taking AP courses/exams at San Marcos High School must enroll/register here by 4:00 pm, March 5, 2027. There is no cost for enrolling in AP courses, but the 2027 AP Exams cost $103 per exam.

We will not order exams unless both steps are completed.

San Marcos High School is excited to offer families the ability to pay their exam fees online at the time of registration. Please have a credit or debit card available before beginning registration.

AP Exam Registration Timeline:

AP exam registrations not fully paid by Friday, March 5, 2027 will be canceled, and exams will not be ordered.
