IMPORTANT: Both steps below must be completed for an AP exam to be ordered. 

Step 1: Submit Payment via Total Registration

• The fee for each exam is $100. While partial payments are permitted, please be advised that additional fees may apply.
• To avoid late penalties, a minimum payment of $40 per exam must be submitted no later than November 13, 2025. Payments received after this date will incur a $40 late fee per exam.
• Exception: Macroeconomics is a second-semester course. As such, the deadline to register for the Macroeconomics exam is March 6, 2026, without penalty.
• Students/families may qualify for a fee waiver based on federal income guidelines.  If the indicator is selected in the payment section, a temporary hold will be placed until verified.
• Should an exam be canceled, partial refunds may be issued, excluding the non-refundable $40 ordering fee.
• All outstanding balances must be paid in full by May 1, 2026.

Step 2: If you have not already done so, use the join codes provided on your confirmation page to register your exams at MyAP.CollegeBoard.org. Log in with your existing College Board student account (if you have previously taken AP, PSAT or SAT exams) or you will create an account.

• Be sure the exam indicator is changed from the default setting of "undecided" to "Yes".
