ATTENTION! Students and guardians should complete this registration together. This is a two-step process and both steps MUST be completed in order for your school to order your AP exams.

• Enroll your exams with the College Board. You should have already received this using the "join codes" provided by your teacher/school. If you have not done this contact your teacher.

• Complete the registration fee process below.

• Student registration is considered complete once Steps One and Two have been finished

The 2027 AP Exam cost is $104.00 per exam, which includes a 4% processing fee. Families have the ability to pay their AP exam fees online during the AP exam registration enrollment. Payments can be made by credit card, check, or money order. Payments will be made directly to Total Registration—no payments will be made to or collected at Tates Creek High School. For students who qualify for free or reduced lunch fees and services, exams are FREE. 

General AP exam registration with no late fine is October 1, 2026 - October 31, 2026. Students will receive a confirmation email indicating the first step of AP registration has been completed. The confirmation page will include the information needed to complete the second step of enrolling your AP course/exam in the College Board's system at www.MyAP.CollegeBoard.org. This step should be completed promptly as exams will only be ordered if both steps are completed.

Important AP Exam Information:

• Late fines are non-refundable
• Students who choose to opt-out from AP exams are eligible for a FULL REFUND. Students must request a refund by visiting Total Registration at https://user.totalregistration.net/AP/181444 by Friday, November 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
• AP exam late registration dates are November 1, 2026 - March 5, 2027. Late fines are applied to each AP exam ordered.
• For students who qualify for free or reduced lunch fees and services, exams are FREE. If you have not completed the Free and Reduced lunch form, please complete the District FCPS Nutrition application to update your eligibility status at : https://www.myschoolapps.com/Application
• Free and Reduced fees and services students that register late or cancel exams are responsible for paying late fines.

AP exam registrations that are not paid by Friday, March 5, 2027 will be canceled and AP exams will not be ordered.
