ATTENTION! Students and guardians should complete this registration together. This is a two-step process and both steps MUST be completed in order for your school to order your AP exams.

• Step One – Enroll your exams with the College Board. You should have already received this using the "join codes" provided by your teacher/school. If you have not done this contact your teacher.

• Step Two – Complete the registration process below.

• Student registration is considered complete once Steps One and Two have been finished

The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) announced they will pay a significant amount toward AP exams for ALL public school students. The 2025 AP Exam cost is $38.00 per exam, which includes a 4% processing fee. Payments can be made by credit card, check, or money order. Payments will be made directly to Total Registration—no payments will be made to or collected at Tates Creek High School. For students who qualify for free or reduced lunch fees and services, exams are FREE. See below for deadlines and fines.

General AP exam registration with no late fine is October 1, 2024 - October 31, 2024. Students will receive a confirmation email indicating the first step of AP registration has been completed. The confirmation page will include the information needed to complete the second step of enrolling your AP course/exam in the College Board's system at www.MyAP.CollegeBoard.org.This step should be completed promptly as exams will only be ordered if both steps are completed.

Tates Creek Senior High School is excited to offer families the ability to pay their AP exam fees online during the AP exam registration enrollment. Please be sure to have a credit card or debit card available before beginning registration.

Registrations made after 11:59 PM, Thursday, November 1 - November 15, 2024 will incur a $10 late fine per AP exam.

Students who choose to opt-out from AP exams are eligible for a FULL REFUND. Students must request a refund by visiting Total Registration at https://user.totalregistration.net/AP/181444 by Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 11:59 PM.

AP exam registrations that are not paid by Friday, March 8, 2025 will be canceled and AP exams will not be ordered.

Students taking AP exams at Tates Creek Senior High School must complete their AP exam payment before 12:01 AM on November 16, 2024. AP exam late registration dates are November 16, 2024 - March 7, 2025. A $50 late fine will be applied to each AP exam for payments made after the deadline.
